Whether it's a backyard shed or an interior gut for a remodel, a little prep makes demolition go smoothly. The good news: most of it is on us. Here's the short checklist of what to do before the crew arrives — and everything you can leave to us.
Clear out what you're keeping
Remove anything you want to save from in and around the structure — tools, belongings, anything personal. Once we start, everything inside the demo zone is treated as debris.
Tell us about utilities
If the structure has power, water, or gas running to it, let us know up front. Utilities need to be properly disconnected before demo — we'll walk you through it and make sure it's done safely.
Point out what stays
Fences, trees, sheds, landscaping, a slab you're keeping — show us on the walkthrough. We protect what's staying and only take down what's going.
What we handle
Permitting guidance, debris disposal, site protection, and the cleanup are all on us. You don't rent a dumpster, make a dump run, or sweep up. We hand you back a clean, level space.

Skip the guesswork — tell us what you've got and we'll give you an honest written price.
