Renting a dumpster that's too small means a second haul; too big means paying for air. The right size comes down to one thing — how much debris your project actually makes. Here's a plain-English guide to roll-off sizes and which one fits common Waco jobs. And if you're between sizes, we'll tell you straight which way to go.

The common roll-off sizes

Roll-offs are measured in cubic yards. Smaller containers (around 10–15 yards) suit a single room, a small cleanout, or a bathroom remodel. A 20-yard is the workhorse for most home remodels, large garage cleanouts, and flooring or deck tear-outs. The largest (30–40 yards) handle whole-home cleanouts, big construction jobs, and roofing tear-offs.

Match the size to your project

A small bathroom or closet remodel rarely needs more than the smallest box. A kitchen remodel or a whole-room declutter usually lands on a 20-yard. A roof replacement, a full-house cleanout, or a demolition job needs the biggest one. When in doubt, size up a step — running out of room mid-project costs more than a little extra capacity.

Heavy debris changes the math

Weight matters as much as volume. Concrete, brick, dirt, tile, and shingles get heavy fast and can hit weight limits before the box is even full — these often need a dedicated, smaller container rated for heavy material. Tell us if your load is heavy and we'll size it so you don't get an overage surprise.

Not sure? Just ask — or skip the box

Describe your project and we'll match the size for you, no guesswork. And if you'd rather not load it yourself, our junk removal crew does the lifting and hauling in one trip — sometimes faster and cheaper than a dumpster for a one-day job.

I'm so impressed by the work that Munachi's team did for us! In addition to hauling away some old furniture and household junk, they demolished a deck and a metal storage building, and dug up the concrete around both structures. Excellent communication, fair pricing, and a prompt and hardworking crew — very respectful of our time and property. Highly recommend!

Munachi's demolition team was amazing! They were professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly! They cleaned up after themselves inside and made sure the street where the dump truck was parked was also kept clean. I would hire this company again and I highly recommend their services!

Munachi and his team did a fantastic job tearing down and removing the old structure in our backyard. He and his team worked incredibly hard, did exactly the work I asked for at a very competitive price, and then made sure the space was clean afterward. I highly recommend Munachi's demolition and junk removal!
